Recommend as staple in a healthy diet

Diet should mean what you eat. High fiber low sugar reasonable sodium and organic. Easy to cook- I just put it in my toaster oven. They taste great. I use them instead of bread for lunch sandwiches.

Best whole wheat tortillas on the planet

When Whole Foods stopped carrying MiRancho whole wheat tortillas, I tried other brands. I suspected this would be futile as I already knew MiRancho was the best, alas, they were no bueno. So, I ordered 6 packs from MiRancho at a reasonable price and put 5 in the frig. The other tortillas I had in my freezer are going to my chickens.
