These are absolutely delicious!! I'm very texture sensitive and GF by allergy, not choice, so I've never found a good fit with the cassava/teff/almond/etc "health style" tortillas. These have a delicious mild earthy flavor and very nice texture that works with any filling and the quality is obvious in how they look and taste (not too processed but a consistent texture). One of the largest GF tortillas I've ever found; even though you do need to leave a decent amount of space for rolling/wrapping as they're not super stretchy, you can still fit a small meal's worth of filling into one tortilla and they don't fall apart or rip in the middle. They're not too sticky which is a bonus in that they don't get stuck to your teeth, but does mean they don't stick to themselves to hold together. Quick to heat and pliable when hot but become rigid very quickly so you need to fill and wrap them right off the pan. 11/10 can't beat for the flavor and texture profile, 7/10 for ease of use/staying togetherness. Frankly they taste so good I don't even care, I just wrap the burrito with a paper towel or tin foil (or hold it tight and eat fast) to hold it together a bit and uncover as I go. They freeze well as long as you keep them flat and thaw on the kitchen counter in minutes. Highly recommend and I can't wait for them to be available in stores!
