Great way to have a sandwich that is gluten free

When my daughter had a delicious sandwich at Model Bakery in Walnut Creek we asked what tortillas they had used and where to buy them. They told us and I ended up ordering. Wish I could get them at the store instead of having to order on line, but it is worth the extra bit of trouble.

Finally a gluten-free large tortilla worth eating!

So grateful to find a large gluten-free flour tortilla that tastes good, heats up well, and can be rolled/folded without breaking. Now I can eat a burrito with the rest of my family. Would love to able to buy it locally!
